We've got a tasty Portuguese rosé from the Alentejo region, made from Aragonez (60%) and Castelão (40%), by Olaria. This is aged in steel, and tastes fresh, brights and vibrant with notes of red berries and blood orange citrus. A beautiful pair for summer salads or... a sunset!
