We'll discuss tips for making great Eggplant Parmesan, explore how Chianti wine came about, and look into the science behind why Chianti is a perfect pairing for Eggplant Parmesan. Don't worry! You'll be an expert by the end! You'll have the perfect recipe and pairing for your next dinner party, plus a roadmap to recreate the recipe and pairing.
Tune in with your favorite bottle of Chianti (we'll have an organic Chianti from Panzano). You can cook along with us during the zoom, or tune in with take out and watch the action.
This online workshop is about 1 hour long and is hosted via Zoom conference.
