At this lunch, we'll taste some of the classic wines of the world, served with light fare. This is a great chance to test your blind tasting skills, and learn how flavor is perceived. Don't worry! You don't need to be an expert! We'll taste through some of the classic wines of the world, discuss their flavor, and then we'll reveal some "tells" that can help you distinguish what the wine might be. This will be a fun lunch, and a chance to explore your palate and how your individual mind perceives aroma, texture, and flavor.
